Richard Chin

Richard Chin is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in treasury management and asset/liability strategies. Currently serving as Vice President & Treasurer at Citadel Credit Union since July 2021, Richard oversees wholesale borrowing, investments, and loan transactions with credit unions and fintech partners. Prior roles include consulting for DTB Associates on asset/liability management for a $4 billion credit union, and a tenure as Senior Vice President & Treasurer at Pentagon Federal Credit Union, where Richard built the treasury department and managed interest rate and liquidity risk. Richard also held positions as Vice President & Treasurer at AFCU, Assistant Treasurer at MetLife Bank, and Treasurer at KGB, contributing to various aspects of financial risk management and investment strategies. Richard holds a BS and MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business.
