Alejandro Lopez-Morales began their career in 2008 as a Financial Engineer Intern/Quantitative Researcher at Chicago Trading Company. Alejandro held this position for three months before returning for another internship in 2009. In 2010, they joined Citadel Investment Group as an FTAP and worked there until 2012. Alejandro then moved to Jump Trading, LLC, where they worked as a Quantitative Researcher from 2012 to 2018. Finally, in 2019, they joined Citadel Securities as a Quantitative Researcher, where they are currently employed.
Alejandro Lopez-Morales pursued their bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2006 to 2010. Their field of study included Digital Signal Processing.
