Elan Luger

Elan Luger is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in high touch equities trading. Currently serving as Head of High Touch Equities at Citadel Securities since September 2025, Elan previously held the position of Head of Global High Touch Equities Trading at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from September 2017 to September 2025. Prior to this, Elan worked as a Trader at Och-Ziff Capital Management from June 2013 to July 2017, and as an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley from August 2008 to June 2013. Elan began their career as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs from June 2005 to August 2008. Elan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from NYU Stern School of Business.
