George Brisco

George Brisco's work experience begins in 2002 as a Service Delivery Manager at Quillion Ltd, where they worked as a senior technical project manager for complex object-oriented systems. George then moved on to TradingScreen in 2005, where they held the role of Head of Buy Side FIX Connectivity across Europe, US, and Asia. In this role, they managed the full lifecycle of buy-side clients using TradingScreen's FIX Gateway product and provided third-line support.

In 2007, George became a Principal Consultant at TriAlius, followed by a role as a Member Technical Liaison at Equiduct in 2008. At Equiduct, they were responsible for technical onboarding of clients on the regulated exchange.

From 2009 to 2012, Brisco worked at Pipeline Financial as the Head of European Sales Engineering and Client Services. George'sresponsibilities included project management and managing relationships with development and QA teams.

In 2012, they worked briefly as a Director at Ocsirb Ltd before moving to NICE Actimize in 2013 as the Head of Devops, Cloud Compliance. Later in 2013, George joined Quantlab Group as an Operations Engineer, eventually becoming the Manager of Operations Engineering. George managed the Operations Engineering Group, which was responsible for the deployment, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of the firm's systems. George also served as the Director of EMEA at Quantlab Group from 2019 to 2021.

In 2021, Brisco worked as a Horticultural Therapist during their garden leave. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Systematic SRE at Citadel Securities starting from April 2022.

George Brisco completed their education at two institutions. From 1980 to 1987, they attended The King's School in Grantham. Although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period, it is assumed that George received a general education during this time. Following this, from 1987 to 1990, they studied at the University of London, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing.
