Grace Martin

Grace Martin has a strong background in recruitment and human resources. Grace started their career in 2012 at Coyote Logistics, where they worked as an Enterprise Operations Coordinator until 2014. Grace then joined Citadel in 2014 and held various roles as a Campus Recruiter and in Recruiting until 2021. During their time at Citadel, Grace specialized in campus recruitment and was responsible for hiring candidates for quantitative research and European recruiting. In 2021, they moved to Citadel Securities, where they currently work as a Recruiter. Overall, Grace has extensive experience in recruitment and has developed strong skills in identifying and hiring top talent in the financial industry.

Grace Martin attended The Hun School of Princeton from 2004 to 2006 and received a high school degree. Grace then went on to study at Villa Duchesne from 2006 to 2008 for high school. Finally, from 2008 to 2012, they attended Miami University and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Journalism and Political Science.
