Stephanie Bacha

Stephanie Bacha has a diverse work experience starting from 2015. Stephanie began their career as a Secretary at Tenakill Swim Club and then worked as a Human Resources Intern at NJ TRANSIT. In this role, they handled various HR responsibilities, including recruitment and onboarding. Stephanie then worked as a Lab and Residential Network Dispatch Consultant at Rutgers University, where they provided technical support and configured devices for the university network. Stephanie later joined Andiamo Partners, first as a Junior Analyst, then as a Junior Associate, and eventually as a Technology Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, they were involved in full life cycle recruitment and placement of technology executives and professionals across various industries. Stephanie'sresponsibilities included actively recruiting technology professionals for a wide range of roles. Currently, Stephanie works at Citadel Securities as a Recruiting Coordinator and Technology Recruiter.

Stephanie Bacha pursued their education in a structured manner, starting with their high school education at Tenafly High School from 2011 to 2015. After completing high school, they went on to obtain a Bachelor's Degree from Rutgers University, where they studied Human Resources Management and Services, Cultural Anthropology, and also pursued a minor in Business Administration. Stephanie's academic journey at Rutgers lasted from 2015 to 2019.
