Carly Goldstein

Carly Goldstein currently serves as the Global Head of Recruiting Operations at Citadel, a position held since April 2021. Prior to this role, Carly spent nearly eight years at Goldman Sachs, progressing from Campus Recruiting Coordinator to Analyst, Associate, and ultimately Vice President in Human Capital Management. Carly completed a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations, Communication & Rhetorical Studies, along with a minor in Sociology at Syracuse University from 2009 to 2013.
