Nancy Licul

Nancy Licul currently serves as the Global Head of Operational Risk at Citadel, focusing on enterprise risk management, resilience, business continuity, operational risk management, controls assurance, and strategy and innovation since June 2023. Previously, Nancy was an Advisory Board Member on the Risk Advisory Council at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation from December 2022 to June 2023. From June 2019 to June 2023, Nancy worked at Credit Suisse as Managing Director and Group Head of Non-Financial Risk, contributing to both the Risk Executive Committee and the Compliance Executive Committee. Prior experience includes a Managing Director role in Risk Management at Goldman Sachs from July 2001 to July 2019, where Nancy was part of the Risk Leadership team, and serving as a Project Manager at CYBERSETTLE HOLDINGS INC from August 1998 to July 2001. Nancy earned a BBA in Finance from Pace University - Lubin School of Business between 1997 and 2001.
