Samantha DeSantis is an experienced recruiter specializing in quantitative engineering and technical recruitment within the fields of software engineering and machine learning. Currently, Samantha serves as a Recruiter for Quantitative Engineering at Citadel. Previous roles include multiple positions at Facebook as a Technical Recruiter focusing on remote software engineering, machine learning, and general software engineering. Samantha co-founded M.C. Partners and contributed to talent acquisition efforts at Bluewolf.
