William Curran

William Curran serves as the Global Head of Fixed Income Compliance and Associate Regulatory Counsel at Citadel since October 2016, specializing as a Swap Dealer Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to Citadel, William held the position of Executive Director at Bank of America, focusing on Fixed Income Rates and Currencies Compliance Coverage from January 2015 to October 2016. William's extensive experience includes serving as an Executive Director and Compliance Director at J.P. Morgan, where responsibilities encompassed Foreign Exchange Compliance Coverage, as well as Investor Services Compliance. Previously, William worked at Morgan Stanley as an Executive Director overseeing Fixed Income, Financing, and OTC Clearing Compliance, and also held roles at the American Stock Exchange and D'Amato & Lynch, LLP. William earned a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Rutgers College.
