Sylvia Gansser-Potts

Sylvia Gansser-Potts is a non-executive director and investment committee member with over 30 years of experience in international banking, particularly in emerging markets. With a strong background in debt, equity, and private equity funds, they have held senior management roles across London and in 18 countries throughout Central and South Eastern Europe, Turkey, and the Middle East. Currently serving as an independent member of the Supervisory Board at Ukreximbank and an advisor at BlackPeak Capital, Gansser-Potts has also contributed to various boards and committees focused on impact investment and development finance. They hold a Master’s degree in Business and Finance from Université Paris Dauphine and an MBA from INSEAD, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Japanese Language and Literature from Inalco.
