Rod Marshall

Rod Marshall has extensive experience in workplace relations and industrial management, currently serving as a Partner at FCB Group since July 2012. Prior to this role, Rod was a Senior Associate and Senior Consultant at FCB Workplace Law from March 2006 to July 2012, and held the position of Industrial Relations Manager at the National Electrical and Communications Association (NECA) NSW & ACT from December 2004 to March 2006. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Industrial Officer at Local Government and Shires Associations NSW (LGSA) and as Adviser/Senior Adviser in Workplace Relations at the Aged Care Association (NSW). Rod's academic background includes a Juris Doctor and Master of Law and Legal Practice from the University of Technology, Sydney, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Graduate Diploma of Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management from the University of Sydney.
