Wes O'Donnell

Wes O'Donnell serves as the Head of Workplace Relations & Enterprise Solutions at Citation Group (formerly FCB) since May 2013, having previously held the position of National Workplace Relations Manager. O'Donnell has extensive experience in workplace relations, providing strategic, legal, HR, and technology solutions to various organizations. Prior roles include Head of Consultancy at Employsure and Specialist Employment Law Consultant at RBS Mentor Services Ltd. O'Donnell began as a Solicitor at Everingham Solomons Solicitors. Academically, O'Donnell holds degrees in Economics and Law from Macquarie University, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law, a National Certificate in Workplace Mediation from TCM, London, and is a Change Management Practitioner from APMG - International.
