Allan Garratt

Allan Garratt currently serves as the Provider Relationship Manager for Scotland at CITB, a position commenced in November 2023, focusing on enhancing the management of the College network and relationships within the construction education sector. Previously, Allan was the Operations Director at Back2Work Complete Training from December 2020 to September 2023, leading strategic initiatives for the largest AEB-funded independent training provider in the UK. Allan's background includes significant leadership roles such as Managing Director for Street League, where the focus was on tripling employment outcomes, and Regional Director at Intraining, managing various employment and skills contracts across the West of England. Allan's earlier experience spans several retail and training organizations, including senior management roles at Comet, Dixons Retail, and Toys R Us, contributing to operational success and strategic developments. Allan holds a 2:1 degree in Geography & American Studies from Keele University.
