Andrew Rodney is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer engagement and business development within the education and training sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Customer Engagement Manager at CITB since September 2018, Andrew has also held roles as National Delivery Manager and Area Delivery Manager. Prior to CITB, Andrew was the Director of Business Development and Marketing at Calderdale College, where significant contributions were made to the college's Employer Engagement Strategy, generating approximately £3 million in Apprenticeship income. Additionally, Andrew held leadership positions at First4Skills and A4e, focusing on business development initiatives and client relationships. With a strong background in managing contracts and employer engagement, Andrew also possesses ongoing academic pursuits in Business Administration and Management at The Open University.
