Celine McGeown has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Celine began their career at Dover Skills Centre in 2009, where they served as a Centre Manager until 2011. From 2006 to 2014, Celine held various roles at K College, starting as a Centre Manager and later becoming Curriculum Development Manager, Campus Director, and Success Interventions Manager. During their time at K College, they managed European Social Fund research projects related to construction. In 2014, Celine joined MidKent College Business Services as a Business Advisor until 2017. Celine then became self-employed and worked as a Business Growth Manager until 2018. Currently, Celine is employed at CITB, where they have held several positions including Advisor, Local Manager, and their current role as Customer Engagement Manager for South East England.

Celine McGeown began their education in 1974 at Southlands's New Romney but did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Celine then attended New College Durham from 1980 to 1982 and obtained an HND in Business Studies. Later, in 2003, Celine attended Canterbury Christ Church University and completed a Post Compulsory Certificate in Education in the field of Education in 2004.
