Helen Fretwell

Helen Fretwell has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Helen began their career in 2016 at CITB as a Quality & Systems Coach, where they provided coaching and guidance on quality and systems implementation. In 2019, they joined NOCN Group as a Customer Coordinator, responsible for coordinating customer-related activities. Helen returned to CITB in 2020 and held the role of Product & Services Coordinator, responsible for coordinating various product and service-related tasks. In 2021, they transitioned to the role of Product Developer, where they are currently involved in developing new products.

Helen Fretwell has pursued several educational opportunities throughout their life. Helen completed a course called "Project Management Fundamentals" at the Association of Project Management. Additionally, they obtained an award in Coaching & Mentoring from the Institute of Leadership and Management. At Smithdon High School, Helen studied A2 Levels in English Literature & Language, IT/Business, and Photography.
