Racheal Richmond

Racheal Richmond has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Racheal currently works at CITB as a Product Developer, starting in 2021. Prior to this, they worked at the North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust as a Project Manager from March 2019 to August 2019. In 2018, Racheal was a Project Manager at Thomas Cook, responsible for managing multiple projects within the Yield Transformation Programme. From 2016 to 2018, they held the role of Project Manager/Operations Manager at Tortoise Property, where they implemented governance frameworks and drove continuous improvement across the business. From 2007 to 2015, Racheal worked at IBM Global Services, initially as a Project Manager and later as a Resource Manager. In their role as a Project Manager at IBM, they were responsible for managing high-focus projects, gathering requirements, and negotiating with stakeholders. As a Resource Manager, they managed and tracked resource plans, coordinated vacancy management, and matched candidates with vacancies. Racheal's earliest recorded position was as a Professional Development Manager at IBM from 2005 to 2007, where they managed a team of technical employees and handled various management duties.

Racheal Richmond completed their undergraduate education from 1995 to 1998 at the University of Northampton. During this period, they pursued a BA Combined Honours degree, focusing on the fields of History, Psychology, and Sociology.
