Richard Hubbard

Research Engineer at CITB

Richard Hubbard has a diverse work experience, primarily in the field of education and research. Richard started their career as a HR lecturer at City of Wolverhampton College in 2008, where they taught and assessed various business programs. Richard then served as a visiting lecturer at the University of Wolverhampton from 2011 to 2013. In 2014, they joined CITB as a research engineer, where they focused on understanding and improving the training provision in the construction sector.

Richard Hubbard attended Loughborough University from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Labour Market Economics with a specialization in Skills Supply. Prior to that, they attended the University of Birmingham from 2011 to 2012, where they earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Human Resource Management (with CIPD). In 2008 and 2009, Richard attended the University of Wolverhampton and completed a PGCE (M) PCE degree in further/higher education. Richard also received their GCSE certificates in English and Mathematics from Our Lady and St Chad's RC Comprehensive School, although the dates for these qualifications were not specified.
