Rumi Kamal Assoc Cipd

Rumi Kamal has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 2011, Rumi worked as an Assistant Psychologist at Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Trust. They then transitioned to WAA in 2014, where they served as an HR Executive until September 2015. Following this, Rumi joined Cooksongold as a Human Resources Assistant from September 2015 to September 2017. After that, they took on the role of HR Advisor at Cooksongold from September 2017 to August 2022. Currently, Rumi is working as an HR Coordinator at CITB since July 2023.

Rumi Kamal Assoc CIPD began their education journey in 2009 at Aston University. From 2009 to 2013, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Human Psychology. After a brief break, Rumi resumed their education in 2015 at Solihull College. They completed their studies in 2016, earning a CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) in Human Resource Management.
