Simon Hood Fcca

Simon Hood FCCA has over 30 years of work experience. Simon began their career at Moores Furniture Group in 1989, where they worked as a Management Accountant for seven years. In 1996, they joined CITB, starting as an Area Finance Officer and worked in this role for nearly nine years. Simon then became the Apprenticeship Manager for four years before being promoted to the role of Head of Finance and Planning (Apprenticeships), where they worked for six years. Currently, Simon is serving as the Head of Quality and Contracts at CITB.

Simon Hood FCCA completed their education in two stages. Simon obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies from The University of Huddersfield, attending from 1984 to 1988. Later in 2003, they pursued an Executive Management Diploma in Strategic Management from Woodland Grange Management School.
