Richard Parks

Richard Parks has extensive work experience in various roles and industries.

Richard started their career in 1994 at Senco Brands, Inc as a Lean Manufacturing Engineer.

In 2005, they joined Cooper Standard as a Production Manager, where they provided leadership and guidance to the assembly department and led continuous improvement efforts.

In 2007, Richard moved to DENSO as a Senior Logistics Manager, responsible for developing efficient parts delivery systems and leading kaizen activities within the logistics department.

Since 2012, they have been working at CITCO Water, where they have held several roles. Richard started as an Operations/Continuous Improvement Manager, accountable for regulatory program management and program development. In 2016, they became the Director of Regulatory Compliance & EHS&S, responsible for all EPA, OSHA, DHS, DOT regulatory compliance, and environmental, health, safety, and security issues. In 2018, they took on the role of Director of Operations, and since 2019, they have been serving as the Director of Safety and Security.

Richard Parks earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Cincinnati. Richard attended the university from 1994 to 1998.
