Nailya Dovletova, CAMS, is a seasoned expert in risk management and compliance with extensive experience in the financial technology sector. Currently serving as Chief Risk and Compliance at CITCON since February 2025, Nailya previously held the position of Vice President, Risk and Compliance/IAML/BSA Compliance Officer at RealPage, Inc., where responsibilities included leading risk management for a $130+ billion payments conglomerate.
