Yves Gannac

Yves GANNAC is a senior research and development engineer at Citel, with experience since March 1995 focused on the development of gas surge protectors and their performance studies. Responsibilities include authoring publications, and writing patents, along with active participation in standardization committees in France and the International Electrotechnical Commission. Previously at Citel, Yves held roles as production manager overseeing the gas surge protector manufacturing unit and as technical manager during the establishment of a production facility in Shanghai. Prior to Citel, Yves worked at Thomson LCC on ferrite development for high-frequency applications and conducted doctoral research at INSA Toulouse on Fe-Si alloys. Yves holds a PhD in Physics and an engineer's degree from INSA Toulouse.
