Heriberto Urías Sánchez-Michel

Heriberto Urías Sánchez-Michel has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Heriberto is currently working at Citelis - Organización Ramírez as the General Counsel and Head of Compliance, where they are responsible for coordinating legal and compliance matters for their business units in Mexico and Panama. Prior to this, they worked as a professor at the Escuela Libre de Derecho de Sinaloa from 2016 to 2021. Heriberto has also held various legal positions at Casa Ley S.A. de C.V., Adelnor, Homex, Salcido Velazquez y Asociados, S.C., and the Ayuntamiento de Culiacán. Heriberto'sroles in these companies included subdirector jurídico, gerente jurídico, abogado corporativo, abogado asociado, and jefe del departamento de control y seguimiento de la unidad de atención de emergencias 066.

Heriberto Urías Sánchez-Michel has an extensive education history in the field of law and commerce. Heriberto obtained their Licenciado en Derecho (Bachelor of Laws) from Escuela Libre de Derecho de Sinaloa in 2005. Heriberto then pursued further specialization by completing a Maestría en Derecho Corporativo (Master's Degree in Corporate Law) from the same institution between 2007 and 2009.

In 2010, Heriberto Urías Sánchez-Michel continued their education, completing an Especialidad en Derecho de las Obligaciones y Contratos (Specialization in Law of Obligations and Contracts) from Universidad Panamericana. Heriberto also attended the Academy of the World Intellectual Property Organization in 2010 to earn a Diplomado (Diploma) in Propiedad Intelectual (Intellectual Property).

Expanding their legal knowledge, Heriberto Urías Sánchez-Michel pursued a Master en Derecho Español (Master's Degree in Spanish Law) from Universidad de Salamanca in 2011 and 2012.

Returning to Universidad Panamericana, they completed an Especialidad en Derecho de las Sociedades Mercantiles (Specialization in Law of Mercantile Societies) in 2015 and 2016.

In 2017, Heriberto Urías Sánchez-Michel embarked on their doctoral studies, enrolling at Escuela Libre de Derecho de Sinaloa for a Doctorado en Derecho (Doctorate in Law). Heriberto completed this degree in 2020.

Further expanding their expertise, they joined Escuela Bolsa Mexicana in 2019 for a Curso Inducción al Mercado de Valores (Introduction to the Stock Market Course).

Most recently, from 2019 to 2021, Heriberto Urías Sánchez-Michel pursued a Maestría en Derecho Comercial y de la Empresa (Master's Degree in Commercial and Business Law) at Universidad Panamericana.
