Sharmishta Mitra, an Associate member of CIPD and holder of the aPHRi™ certification, currently serves as the People and Culture Manager at Citi Developers since July 2025. Prior to this role, Sharmishta held the position of Senior Human Resources Specialist at Americana Foods from June 2021 to July 2025, and gained experience as a Human Resources Intern at IFFCO Group in 2020 and at Deloitte Middle East as both a Human Resources Intern and Project Assistant in 2019. Sharmishta began the professional journey as an HR Intern at Hire Rightt - Executive Search in late 2018. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in International Business from Heriot-Watt University and dual Master’s and Bachelor's degrees in Human Development, Family Studies, and Related Services from Jadavpur University. Sharmishta also acquired a Level 3 Diploma in Human Resources Practices through CIPD coursework.
