Maricel Garcia

Maricel Garcia is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in the information technology sector. Currently serving as Managing Director of Information Technology Services at Citibanamex since April 2022, Maricel has previously held leadership positions at notable companies. At IBM, from November 2009 to February 2016, Maricel was the Latam VP of Analytical Solutions, as well as VP of Consulting and AMS, and Partner Consulting. Prior to that, Maricel was the Global CIO at General Motors from October 2002 to September 2009. Maricel's career also includes roles at IBM as Director of Consulting Services (1996 - 2002), at Deloitte as a TI and Process Consultant (1990 - 1996), and at Accenture as a Consultant (1988 - 1990). Maricel Garcia holds a degree from Universidad La Salle, A.C., earned between 1984 and 1990.
