Caroline C.

Caroline C. has worked in a variety of roles in the project management and logistics sectors. In 2002, they began their career as a Planning Coordinator at Montagens Basílio, where they were responsible for planning the production of promotional kits for Unilever HPC division and implementing an inventory control process. In 2003, they moved to Exel as a Project Management Supervisor and Operations Trainee, where they were responsible for logistic operations implemented for new business and ERP system implementation. From 2008 to 2016, they worked at DHL in various roles, including Project Manager & PMO, Logistic Operations Supervisor, and Project Delivery. In 2015, they took on the role of Brazilian Localization Tester at Electronic Arts (EA), where they were responsible for quality testing and validation for Brazilian videogames. In 2020, they returned to EA as a Localization Tester. In 2021, they moved to CEVA Logistics as a Project Manager, and in 2022 they began working as a Project Manager at Citibox.

Caroline C. started their educational journey in 1997 when they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas. Caroline then went on to take an extracurricular course in Logistics Planning & Transportation from the same university, which they completed in 2009. In 2008, they obtained a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute. Finally, they are currently enrolled in an English language course at EC English Language Centres Alumni in Malta.
