Yuchen Liu

Yuchen Liu is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and investment banking. Currently serving as Vice President at CITIC Capital since 2019, Yuchen specializes in Greater China and cross-border buyout and growth transactions in the healthcare sector. Previously, Yuchen worked as a Private Equity Associate at Rivendell Partners and Two Sigma, focusing on middle-market buyouts and the private equity arm of a major alternative asset manager, respectively. Yuchen's earlier career includes roles in investment banking at Deutsche Bank, where responsibilities encompassed global financial institutions coverage, IPOs, debt and equity issuance, M&A, and structured transactions, as well as investment management at Morgan Stanley. Yuchen holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Georgetown University and has pursued further education in German at Universität Trier.
