Currently employed at CITIC Pacific Mining since October 2015, David Blacker manages all aspects of maintenance, rigging, and crane operations, including supervising shutdown crane activities in port operations. Previous roles include positions at Bechtel Oil, Gas, & Chemicals as a rigger, and CB&I Kentz Joint Venture where David Blacker contributed to the construction of ground flares and mechanical rigging. Additional experience includes advanced rigger and crane operator duties at various companies, such as Fortescue Metals Group, where responsibilities involved dual crane lifts and mobile/fixed plant maintenance, and Ottoway Engineering, focusing on power station construction.
