Kaiming QIAN is a Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in the mining, manufacturing, and engineering sectors. Currently at CITIC Pacific Mining, Kaiming oversees the installation and maintenance of pit dewatering pumps and optimizes maintenance strategies within the Mining Processing Area. Prior roles include Senior Project Engineer at Karridale Group, where Kaiming strategically planned resources for projects, and various positions at Emerson Automation Solutions, including Project Manager and Manufacturing Engineering Leader, where Kaiming enhanced manufacturing capacities and led a 16-member team. Kaiming's experience also includes roles in mechanical manufacturing engineering at Changan Ford Mazda Engine Co., Ltd. and Shin Nippon Koki Co., Ltd. Kaiming holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Charles Darwin University and a Bachelor's degree in Aircraft Manufacturing Engineering from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
