Elena Chernykh

Elena Chernykh has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Elena currently serves as the Head of Europe Enterprise Sales at CITIC Telecom International CPC Limited since April 2020. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Commercial Unit, Russia at CITIC Telecom CPC RUS from October 2019 to April 2020. Elena also held the position of Sales Director at CITIC Telecom International CPC Limited from November 2017 to October 2019, where they were responsible for managing cloud computing, IP networking, information security, and data center services.

Before joining CITIC Telecom, Elena worked at Interoute as Country Director and later as Country Manager, Russia and CIS. During their time at Interoute from April 2010 to November 2017, they established and led the Russian entity, focused on selling wavelength and dark fibers to the country's largest telco fixed line providers. Elena successfully registered the Russian office, sourced partners, and established telecom points of presences in Russia.

Earlier in their career, Elena served as a Senior Manager Data WholeSale at TransTeleCom from June 2008 to May 2010. Elena started their career as a Sales Administrator at Beeline in 2007.

Elena Chernykh obtained a Master's degree in International Economy from the Diplomatic Academy of the Russian Ministry for Foreign Affairs from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics (MESI) from 1999 to 2005, where they studied Crisis Management.
