Rachel M. Askew is the Founder and Managing Partner of NEXT Consulting Firm, where responsibilities include collaborating with leaders in education, economic development, and non-profit sectors to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. As a Senior Associate of Young Leader Programming at Cities United, Rachel M. Additionally, Rachel M.
