Aarthi SU is a certified SAFe Agilist and Scrum Master with over 16 years of proven experience in enterprise change management. Currently serving as Vice President at Citi, Aarthi previously worked at Standard Chartered Bank in various roles, including Associate Manager of Business Performance Analysis and Senior Analyst in MI & Analytics. Aarthi's earlier experience includes positions at TD as a Business Analyst and Project Coordinator. Aarthi holds an MBA in Human Resources from Loyola College and a B.Sc. in Information Systems & Management from M.O.P. Vaishnav College for Women, alongside a recent certification in Project Management from the University of Toronto.
