Aerin Smith is a global product leader currently serving as the Managing Director and Global Head of Market Commentary at Citi, where they oversee customer-facing content that drives significant annual revenue. Aerin previously directed the content strategy for CitiFX Wire, leading product development and managing a team across multiple global locations. They have co-created innovative services that position Citi as a leader in market commentary and have produced original content focusing on critical macroeconomic themes. Aerin is also actively involved in initiatives promoting diversity and inclusion within the organization. Aerin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Rice University, where they studied with honors.
