Akash Vaid

Akash Vaid is a risk professional with over 13 years of experience in Operational Risk Management and Internal Audit functions, currently serving as Vice President of Internal Audit at Citi since 2022. Previously, Akash held positions at Morgan Stanley as Director of Model Risk Management and at Credit Suisse as Associate and Assistant Vice President in Investment Banking Risk and Controls. They started their career with Analyst roles at Nomura and completed a summer internship at L&T Investment Management Limited. Akash earned a B.Com in Accounts and Auditing from the University of Mumbai and an MBA in Finance from the Lala Lajpat Rai Institute of Management.
