Alenne Centeno

Alenne Centeno is the Client Risk Assessment and Controls Design Head for Citi Private Bank in Latin America, a role they commenced in 2024. Previously, they served as the Business Risk Head for Citi Private Bank in North America, overseeing risk and control processes for both Canada and international U.S. accounts. Alenne held the position of Business Risk Manager and Director at Citi Private Bank in Latin America from 2011 to 2019, where they facilitated the risk management strategy across U.S. and cross-border operations. Their extensive experience also includes leading the strategic direction of the Trust Business Risk Team from 2019 to 2023. Alenne earned an MBA in Strategy, Global Business, and Leadership from New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business, and is currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering Management at Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua.
