Alix Roe

Alix Roe is the Head of Global Markets Talent Acquisition at Citi, where they have held several key roles, including Regional Talent Acquisition Manager and EMEA Corporate and Investment Banking Campus Relationship Manager. Before joining Citi, Alix gained experience as a Graduate Recruitment Manager at Deloitte and a Graduate Recruitment Coordinator at KPMG UK. Alix began their career as a Learning and Development Consultant at RWE Thames. They are currently pursuing a BSc. (Hons) in Hospitality and Tourism Management at Oxford Brookes University, alongside a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from Farnborough College of Technology.
