Amel Abada is the Regional Counsel for the Middle East and Pakistan as well as the General Counsel for the UAE. They founded a law firm and served as the Senior Vice President and Country Legal Counsel at Citi from 2012 to 2016, during which they also held directorial roles in North Africa and Egypt. Abada has held positions as Head of International Relations for both the Algerian League for Human Rights and the Algerian Network for Children's Rights. They earned their Bachelor of Laws from Algiers University and furthered their education with degrees including a Master of Laws and an Executive MBA. Additionally, Abada completed a certification in leading and managing globally from Yale School of Management in 2022.
