Amresh Mathur

Amresh Mathur is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and sales strategy across various industries. Currently serving as SVP of Digital Sales Transformation at Citi since September 2023, Amresh leads initiatives focused on digital growth and innovation in customer experience and engagement. Previously, as SVP and Head of Digital Acquisitions and Customer Experience at Citizens from July 2021 to January 2024, Amresh oversaw the digital sales journey and analytics for the Consumer Bank. Earlier roles include Product Management and eCommerce Lead at Samsung Electronics America, where Amresh launched the Direct-to-Consumer eCommerce business, and Sr Consultant for Digital Solutions at Infosys, where Amresh spearheaded customer-centric digital strategies. Amresh's educational background includes advanced programs at prestigious institutions such as Harvard, MIT Sloan, and Stanford, along with a Bachelor of Engineering degree from RV College of Engineering.
