Amy Hoffman has over two decades of experience in asset management, underwriting, and relationship management within the real estate finance sector. Starting as a Credit Analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Amy advanced through roles at National Equity Fund, Inc., Wells Fargo Bank, and Citi Community Capital, eventually serving as Senior Vice President of Asset Management. Key responsibilities included consulting on Low Income Housing Tax Credit partnerships, managing a substantial portfolio of at-risk assets, and cultivating relationships with high net worth developers. Currently, Amy holds the position of Director at Citi since January 2025. Academic credentials include an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from The Ohio State University, a Financial Planning Certificate from DePaul University, and a BSBA in Accounting from The Ohio State University.
