Andre Liu is currently the Head of the Commercial Subsidiaries Group at Citi, a position held since 2018. Prior to this role, Andre served as Senior Vice President and Director within the same group at Citi. They also held the title of Vice President in Regional Banking at Taipei Fubon Commercial Bank from 2015 to 2017 and were the Head of the European Desk at KBC Bank N.V. Hong Kong Branch from 2008 to 2015. Andre earned a BA in Economics and Psychological Brain Sciences from The Johns Hopkins University between 1999 and 2002.
