Andreas Hamm has extensive experience in technology and operations within the financial services sector, notably with Citi and Citigroup Global Markets Europe. From April 2024 to July 2025, Andreas served as Head of Digital Resilience and Head of Europe Operations and Technology Europe as a Managing Director at Citi. Prior roles at Citi from April 1996 to August 2009 include Head TI Germany and Technology Head for Europe/RUK, focusing on technology infrastructure and application development management. Additionally, as COO of Citigroup Global Markets Europe from July 2015 to August 2022, Andreas was a board member of Citigroup Global Markets Deutschland AG, overseeing operations and technology, and led the technology infrastructure initiatives across EMEA.
