Andy Choi

Andy Choi is currently the SVP Global Business Services at Citi, bringing extensive experience in consumer banking and strategic business transformation. Previously, they served as VP of Strategic Business Transformation for US Branded Cards, where they applied data analysis and lean six sigma principles to drive large-scale initiatives. They also held leadership roles at Citi, including SVP in Business Simplification & Process Re-engineering for the Global Consumer Bank. Prior to their tenure at Citi, Andy was the Director at GGPS International Inc., where they founded the company's first overseas branch in Beijing, China. Their early experiences include research internships at Columbia University Medical Center and NYU Langone Medical Center, focusing on medical imaging techniques. Andy is currently pursuing advanced degrees, including a Master of Divinity from Biola University and a BS in Operations Research from Columbia University.
