Andy Richard

Andy Richard is the Co-Head of Global Real Estate Investment Banking at Citi, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, Andy served as a Senior Managing Director at Evercore from 2019 to 2025, and held various roles, including Vice President at Goldman Sachs and Managing Director at Credit Suisse. Andy began their career as an Associate in Investment Banking at Lehman Brothers, specializing in Real Estate and M&A, from 1996 to 2000. They earned a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School, where they were a Palmer Scholar, and a Bachelor of Arts in English with honors from Stanford University.
