Anja Sheil

Anja (Anya) Sheil is a Programme Manager with extensive experience in the financial services sector, currently working at Citi in the Institutional Clients Group, Operations and Technology since March 2021. Anja has held various senior roles, including Programme UAT Manager at Lloyds Banking Group, Senior Business Analyst at organizations such as ING, Credit Suisse, and RBS Global Banking & Markets, and has also served as Head of MCCP Clearing Change at LCH. Anja's expertise includes managing strategic projects related to credit and rates transformation, client due diligence, and the implementation of collateral management platforms. Anja's education was completed at Bancroft's School, Woodford Green, Essex, from 1978 to 1983.
