Ankit Agarwal

Ankit Agarwal is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Director and APAC Head of In-business Credit Risk at Citi since April 2022. Prior to this role, Ankit held multiple positions at First Abu Dhabi Bank from November 2018 to April 2022, including Head of Corporate Credit for Southeast Asia and Head of Specialized Credit for Asia, where responsibilities included credit risk management and structuring complex financing transactions. Ankit's extensive career at J.P. Morgan spanned over 13 years, culminating in the role of Vice President, Credit Risk, overseeing credit approval and management for Malaysia as well as leading deal teams in structured transactions. Ankit started a career in credit analysis at Progeon and Copal Amba. Ankit holds a Master’s Degree in Finance & Control from Delhi University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Science from Hindu College, University of Delhi.
