Ann McKeehan

Ann McKeehan is the Managing Director and Head of Citi’s Financial Services Regulatory Legal Group, where they currently advise senior leaders on regulatory policy and legal matters of significance. They have over 15 years of experience in financial regulatory oversight, having previously served as Special Counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, where they were the primary author of key derivatives regulations under the Dodd-Frank Act. Ann's earlier roles include Special Adviser at the Federal Reserve Board and various leadership positions at Citi, where they have consistently collaborated with executives to address complex regulatory challenges. Ann holds a J.D. from Emory University School of Law and an A.B. in Religion from Princeton University.
