Anna Choe is a trusted general counsel with over 20 years of experience in solving complex problems in M&A, venture investing, and capital markets. Currently, Anna serves as Managing Director and Global Head of M&A and Strategic Investments Legal at Citi, leading a team of attorneys and advising senior management on legal strategies and risks related to significant M&A decisions. Anna co-founded NomadBrush, where they directed operations and customer relations for a start-up product line manufacturer. Throughout their career, Anna has held various roles at Citi, providing legal advisement on proprietary M&A activity and compliance matters. Anna earned a Bachelor of Arts in Ethnic Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law.
