Ashraf-ul- Alam

Ashraf-ul-Alam is currently the RVP and Head of Operations at the Motijheel Branch of Citibank, N.A. With 14 years of banking experience, they have held various positions in international banking, remittance, account services, and compliance, managing multiple teams along the way. Ashraf has served as the Branch Operations Head for both Agrabad and Motijheel Branches and has worked as a Business Unit Control Officer and Branch Anti Money Laundering Officer. They hold a Master's degree in Bank Management from BIBM and a B.Sc. in Leather Engineering and Technology from the University of Dhaka, focusing on Compliance, Control, and Risk Management in their future endeavors.
